There is no major difference in effectiveness among the different languages.
Effectiveness score for users up to 12 year old: n/a
Effectiveness score for users 13 years and older: 1.6 out of 4 points

Installation of the tool: The installation process is overall comprehensible. The process is mostly consistent, but behaves partly unexpectedly concerning the order of steps.
Configuration of the tool: The configuration process is comprehensible but not easy to learn. The process contains slight inconsistencies and does not always meet users' expectations. Expecially the filter concept based on labeling systems needs a better explanation.
Usage of the tool: The tool supports a dialogue between children and parents, when a website has been blocked. The alert message is worded with respect to children's capability of understanding. There is no reporting available.

Usability of the installation process: 2.6
Usability of the configuration process: 2.0
Usability of the usage of the product: 2.1

Overall score for usability: 2.2 out of 4 points
