USABILITY
Installation of the tool: The user is guided through the installation by helpful explanations on the webpage and in the installation manager. Each step is shown. A process bar and timer show the progress of the installation.
Configuration of the tool: The tool offers an easy five-step configuration. However, if this is skipped, the user is unable to return to the step-by-step configuration and has to re-configure the software individually.
